NUCRYST Pharmaceuticals Corp. will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Investor Briefing on Friday May 5, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The meeting will be held at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, Republic Ballroom, 39 Dalton Street in downtown Boston. An agenda has been posted on the NUCRYST website, www.nucryst.com.
